The purpose of this document is to provide a guideline of the important rights and obligations as stipulated in the Protection of Personal information Act (hereafter referred to as POPI).
The purpose of the Act:

• To give effect to the constitutional right to privacy, in particular the safeguarding of personal information;
• Regulate the processing of personal information in harmony with the international standards;
• Prescribe minimum requirements for the lawful processing of personal information;
• Provide the rights and remedies for the protection against abuses of personal information; and
• Establish an Information Regulator to promote, enforce and fulfil the rights protected by POPI.

MANZ industries (Operator) and its employees shall adhere to the requirements in the handling of all personal information received from, but not limited to natural persons, employees, clients, supplier, agents, representatives and business partners to ensure compliance with this Act, applicable regulations and other rules relating to the protection of personal information.
The Data shared is used for communication with customers, dealing with enquiries that is submitted via the website. We will not share your Data with any other third parties, be used abroad or use your data for any purpose other than described above. You may request us to stop using your information at any time via withdrawal of your consent directed to us in writing. Your data will be maintained, altered or deleted on your written instruction to do so.
